How does the free trial work?
Every trial is 14 days on Starter, no card needed. When it ends, your first invoice follows unless you cancel: email hello@warmbell.app. Move up to Growth whenever you want online booking and the customer portal.
Can I add my team?
Yes. Starter includes 1 seat and Growth 3, and extra team members are $24 each per month on any plan.
Where does my money go?
Card payments go to your own Stripe account, and Stripe pays out to your bank.
Can Warmbell build and host my website?
Yes. The website builder is $29 a month on any plan, Starter included, and Warmbell hosts the site at its own web address. On Starter, visitors send booking requests you confirm. Customers booking for themselves needs the customer portal, on Growth. Connecting a domain name you already own is included and coming soon, and so is buying one through Warmbell.
Is AI customer support included?
Not yet. It's coming soon, for answering customers in your portal and on your Warmbell-hosted website. We'll say what it costs before it switches on.
What does “coming soon” mean?
It's being built now and isn't switched on yet. We list it so you know where Warmbell is heading.
Can I cancel any time?
